Their trainers are bent on teaching you sales techniques to bolster their commission. They would rather sale then take pride in their trade work. They will offer services that are not needed to get the sales to unsuspecting clients. They require you to conform to the status quo to benefit the business and are unkind to any critical feedback. The purpose of a position is to always strive to be the best but how can you be the best if you are stagnant in your ways. They leave their trainees on job sites alone to finish jobs but claim they are not performing and when questioned they turn in to bullies. The trainers use their trainees time that they should be taking to teach them the ropes, to get their jobs finished quicker to get more jobs to get more commissions.

Their pay system is not transparent for tech's. There's no breakdown or printout of your commission side of salary, you'll also pay for your own overtime since it comes from your commission. You'd think they would give you a detailed printout and breakdown of your earnings like on the paystub for the salary but instead it's just a text each month with the amount. Sure you can ask them to go over it with you every month if you want but it's not very clear and nearly impossible to track yourself. A significant amount of your salary relies on a lot of random people in the office and other techs to communicate the outcome of a situation and they often don't, so there's a lot of follow up that's not always easy.
