There is no pros ! If I could, I would give 0 rating.

Cons

The president is a complete scumbag. His behaviour is very rude, he doesn't respect any laws/employee agreement. Even after ending of employment, he won't give you an experience letter or release letter (big NO). This is not even a company - always moving city to city with 5-10 employees. Worst culture, office environment and you can be terminated any time when there client is gone or they don't need you.

* Co-workers are great! The working environment is excellent for workaholics. * Relocation policy from Dhaka to Singapore is praiseworthy too. * Everyone looks for each other, no poisonous politics here!

Cons

* Some might feel pressure on workloads * 9 hrs official working hour * Official vision of the company is so high but reflects low on the development policy, feels like they have very a little knowledge on what they are doing!

Friendly and flexible environment. Opportunity to working with various different types of technologies. And option for choosing suitable technologies by oneself as well. For young software engineers, have opportunity to insert their own ideas how to improve the projects. CEO is a cool guy and you can directly communicate with him. Have options to talk with marketing guys so that as a software engineer, you can get their perspective and provide your perspective as well.

Cons

No clear written information about various mundane stuff aren't provided. Sometimes this creates confusions. A spreadsheet or an employee info website can really be helpful.
