Extremely disproportionate salary (i.e. Experience vs. Income) No HR Mentally unhealthy work environment Verbal Harassment Double Speak Daily Inconsistencies with correspondence and expectations Etc. One of the largest concerns is that there is no HR to ensure proper protocols are being followed and a position is never secured regardless of the product quality delivered by employees. Understanding human error, nobody is perfect, but when management is happy to intimidate and unceremoniously terminate employees prior to evaluating their own performance as higher ups due in part to the fact that they see the LLC as their umbrella of legal protection, to this regard, I vehemently discourage prospective employees consider this company an opportunity to invest their future in if at all avoidable.

Projects are very stressful and last minute because management feels the need to control everything and does not trust employees to get anything done. They also take more of an interest in themselves and how good they look rather than genuinely improving the company moral and progression. They also keep a lot of things very secretive and leave employees out of many conversations. Hostile language is also not uncommon from management. Another thing is that nobody actually knows what their job is because everyone is so controlled. Employees are assigned titles and duties, but in any given day it is confusing to know what to be working on. The pay is extremely low even though management will tell you that you won't find this "good" of pay anywhere else. They totally take advantage.
