      The owner is very professional, at the same time cares for his employees. Employee atmosphere was always pleasant, and company always recognized employees and performance.

      Pros

      You get free promotional items every now and then, the bonuses are ok (if you get them). Raffles every month.

      Cons

      Don’t work for this company! The salary in the United States is low, and since they want to pay less, they have a team in El Salvador to whom they frequently deduct the promised bonus. Many leaders are not qualified for their positions, they have too many meaningless meetings, and they preach a nonexistent ‘work culture.’ They fire many employees without reason.
