CEO is horrible. Mircro manages to the point that you have to cc him on every single one of your emails no matter the concern, if you do not reply within 5 mins of an email in which he is cc'd on that is addressed to you he calls your phone directly to ask if you replied or not, he has no lack of awareness for peoples boundaries he expects that he can call you at 8pm on a weekday and you should pick up and answer. In addition, he likes to threaten you job to your face and will double down on it. Current employees who have been at the company for time have noted that this is not the first time people have left the company due to the CEO and his toxic antics. If you do not say exactly his verbiage weather it be on a client demo call he will literally say you are wrong say it like this and will hammer you down until you do. HERE IS THE BEST PART if you do say his exact verbiage YOU ARE STILL WRONG. He will never admit his faults and will always flip it on you. Thinks he knows what a CSM job entails but in actuality uses AI to tell him what the job entail and try's to push it on tenured actual CSMS with much more experience then him.
