      Supportive, friendly culture where people actually help each other ship great work. Strong engineering standards (code reviews, CI/CD, pragmatic testing) without red tape. Thoughtful managers who focus on outcomes and career growth—not just hours online. Flexible hybrid work and genuinely healthy work–life balance. Interesting problems at scale with room to propose and lead initiatives.

      Cons

      Onboarding documentation is good but could be even more hands-on for complex services.

      Cons

      Never had one. Yet, once a misunderstanding caused a minor conflict with my colleague, I later got it sorted out with subtle communication.
