      Pros

      Learn, Earn and Move. But do all this in a short span of time.

      Cons

      Who is Managing to whom, is a mystery here so employee follow every management family instructions. And the good thing here is that even the management family don't know about the informant. For HR, they have lot policies in written but applicable only for the welfare for few of favorites.

      1. No Proper time management. 2. No Proper work timings. 3. They absuses their resource if you commit any mistake. 4. Company CEO at Noida office itself absuses and consider employee as Animal.

      I have seen no Pros.

      Cons

      1. They force you to work 24 * 7. 2. Company CEO abuses it's employee in front of all the employees. 3. If you have resigned than company CEO will insult you in-front of full company. 4. They will eat all your variable salary part. 5. No Job security. You can be fired any time without notice and without pay. 6. Company is full of 'Chaploose' and relatives. So you will have to learn these things as well.
