      On time salary on 1st of every month

      Don't go by brand name aparna. Company is ruled by older corrupt people who will not let new joiner to stay. Worst HR. High level of politics. Use of abusive language in meeting. Seniors Humiliate in front of all. Only people who know to butter senior can only survive. No technical knowledge. Pathetic work culture. Join only if you have no other option.

      1) Good place to learn how we should not be.. 2) If your are keen about Real Estate Industry you can learn basics from here.

      Cons

      1) No Proper Work Culture. 2) No Ethical Values. 3) Pays are very low. 4) No one will have any idea how much incentive they will get. And God Should know When and How much they pay as incentive. 5) If someone do their targets and if they leave the company for XYZ reasons they should forget about their incentive. 6) No one is bothered about the problem faced by someone. 7) No proper Increment. 8) Most Important you will not find any Career Growth. 9) If you work for 10 years also you will be in same position. 10) Hr Team is least bothered to answer the query of marketing team.
