Pros

Holiday hours can be accrued, can easily work at other venues within company.

Cons

No communication between managers and staff, even less between managers themselves. Ever-changing rules for staff, and venues are tired and not doing well as a consequence. Not many hours going around because of constant budget tightening.

If you not experienced or willing enough to challenge then you will probs go far

Cons

Full of inexperienced staff who have no clue and probs cant get a job elsewhere, no visible or consistent management style meaning a constant church of staff , no process followed and head office staff excluding senior leaders can be rude and difficult to deal with.
