I cannot recommend AMP as a workplace. From day one, the organization was disorganized and lacked clear structure. There is no defined path for career growth or professional development.
The work environment significantly impacted my mental health. Management fails to address unprofessional behavior or enforce any meaningful accountability. Employees who consistently arrive late, lack communication skills, or behave disrespectfully face no consequences. This creates a culture where professionalism is not valued.
If you’re seeking a workplace that prioritizes structure, employee wellbeing, and professional standards, I would look elsewhere. However, if you prefer an environment with minimal expectations and little oversight, this may suit you.
