      Great opportunity for someone who's hungry to get in early and help scale a fast growing business. Good pay, talented team that executes quickly, and business outlook is good.

      Cons

      Success demands difficulty and this is a fast paced work environment - so if you're looking to coast, this probably isn't the right fit.

      You’ll gain unparalleled patience and adaptability skills since systems, expectations, and deadlines are always shifting.

      Cons

      You are often expected to put in extra hours (unpaid) to meet deadlines but will receive little to no communication or appreciation for the extra effort. Expect to be called in at any hour, even off the clock, to fix problems, with no regard for your personal time. Leadership is inconsistent, with expectations and systems that seem to change on a whim, leaving employees feeling overwhelmed and unsupported. If you're looking for a workplace that values transparency, respects work-life balance, and treats its team members with integrity, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
