      It's a good place to start a career.

      They will give you time to study and improve yourself. And that's it. The management at the time was ok.

      Flexible dress code. Covered parking. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      No opportunity to move up. No opportunity to change departments. No pay raises. The only holidays you are off is Christmas and Thanksgiving. You hammer to use your vacation days for all other holidays. Insurance costs are low because the copays and prescription coverage are horrible. You are salary, you stay late to finish extra projects with no compensation but if you have to leave early for a doctors appointment, you are required to make up the time.
