Working at Apex Capital offered competitive pay and solid benefits in a fast-paced environment. The small team structure gave me direct visibility into operations and the opportunity to take on varied responsibilities, which helped me build a strong, transferable skill set. The detail-oriented culture and exposure to financial operations prepared me well for future roles across industries.

Honestly, I cant even think of any cons. Its a really great place to be.

Bonuses are good if you stay long enough

Was told multiple times "we never fire anyone" before watching multiple people get fired. I was fired just 2 weeks before being eligible for a beefy quarterly bonus. If they pay well, beware - this company is acutely focused on not spreading that bonus money to thin
