Pros

Good mid-level management and the uppers try, work/life balance is a hit or miss depending on department.

Cons

Dallas office parking is not great ($17/day) or you have to use a satellite lot. Bit of an old school finance vibe from some of the departments/upper management. NOT flexible with WFH options.
