As a former employee, you are perhaps unfamiliar with what has transpired at Apex Healthcare Systems over the past year. Our management team, and our staff as a whole, is completely upgraded. We've hired new talent from outside the company and we've promoted from within. We've assembled a terrific team and our employees and clients are all benefiting.
Throughout the past year we have concentrated heavily on the quality of our services and customer satisfaction. I am so proud of our team! During the first half of 2016 we earned a 93.5% satisfaction rating from our clients and in the second half of the year the team did even better with a 96.7% satisfaction rating! As we lead off into 2017, our satisfaction score stands at a whopping 98.6%. Our team is providing top-notch service to our clients and we're all having fun doing it!
Our current clients are praising our performance; Through word-of-mouth, and our own increased marketing efforts, we are beginning to attract new clients to our suite of services.
Apex is a privately held company. Your comments with regard to cash-flow are speculative and completely unfounded. We are a company with a bright and optimistic future! I regret that your experience at Apex was not a positive experience for you and I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.
