      Pros

      Inspire the youth, comfortable uniform, have fun at work, travel opportunities, awesome employees across the nation on many teams. Opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Lack of establishment. Management/ the home office team is not on the same page which affects employees on the ground in the schools. Messages from management in the evenings and on weekends.

      The kids are great, the job is fun, and coworkers are really nice

      Cons

      Leadership here is a nightmare. Zero training, zero preparation. You will be overworked the minute you set foot in a school. They pay you for gas but only if it’s a ridiculously far school. We were yelled at by the second day cause we dared to point out we were missing things in training. The job is fun but not worth all the bs you have to put up with. Do not work here it is a sinking ship.

      Great company and fun job but the pay is bad and it’s hard to move up

      -It sometimes feels like you’re not at work because it’s fun and rewarding -Weekends off -Set schedule (school hours)

      Cons

      -No benefits, stock options, or ways to make more money outside of your annual salary -minimal ways to move up and it really depends on your franchise success.
