The only pros was getting paid regularly but that was still not enough to make me stay here any longer.
Cons
The demands of the job was just too much. I didn't know where they got the idea that they owned us. They treated us like we owed our lives from them. There's no respect, just pure demand, pressure and stress.
Often, the management is too forceful and hard-headed. The managers like to keep the employees in the dark while they do their own shady things. The only important for them is that the employees follow what ever they say. They do not have any respect for your work-life balance, and you'll be forced to work very long hours.
