There's a lot wrong with this company and not much right. Individual GMs have too much authority and are mostly "old guard" from previous versions of the company that haven't adapted. Too many people at corporate are completely non-responsive when field managers have questions but they jump on you if you don't answer them quickly. They company is in bankruptcy proceedings right now so hopefully new owners come in and clean house.
