Unrealistic expectations - Imaginary "play"

Pros

Some of the ladies in the Corporate office.

Cons

Was expected to lie to clients and insurance companies in order to keep a 55%-65% margin. Upper management is MIA unless you don't do something you were never trained for. Job is 60+ hrs but paid for 40. CEO and COO cant agree on anything and blames you for not running the play.
