Pros
Mon-fri work schedule, and teaching is a very rewarding profession. And the teachers who work there are awesome coworkers
Cons
With a few exceptions, the student body is horrible. The administration cares more about the bottom line than it does about the staff and the quality of education for the students. Academic standards are very low, anyone with a heartbeat and some $$$ can get a certificate. Low pay, dental coverage is a joke, and no advancement opportunities.
