      Able to utilize skills to fullest, CPD and further learning actively encouraged with opportunity to bring new skills to practice, Team bonding activities/events throughout the year. Management do their best to support staff. Independent practice.

      Can be busy at times with new clients joining the practice on a regular basis

      Pros

      Owners work the floor with you and share their enthusiasm for high quality, high continuity vetting. Regular appraisals, clinical and non clinical meetings give you real control as to how you work and how best you serve your patients, strong collaborative and supportive team; big focus on education and skill building. Good practice culture and ethos; great place to work. Inclusive and open to supporting you as an individual.
