      Great Cultural Values But Low Compensation

      Pros

      Great company values and culture. Support good causes and always roll out new initiative for non-profits.

      Cons

      Staffing industry is tough but low compensation and Micromanagement doesn't help. Unrealistic goals and expectations.

      Pros

      They are very helpful in finding work. They helped me in finding a job close to my home. This company was supportive and were always available for me.

      Cons

      My salary expectation was a bit more than what I was offered but they didn't have much to choose from at the time. Not really any negativity to report for this employer.

      Pros

      I worked here for nearly 2 years and had a really nice experience. The working environment was comfortable.

      Cons

      Sometimes the management took time to respond to the smallest query.
