The only "pro" was the initial communication and promptness in sending the agreed-upon advance payment . This seemed to legitimize the opportunity initially.
Cons
Zero Work Provided: After the initial payment was received, all communication and promises of a start date and projects completely stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company failed to provide any work, access, or official onboarding materials. Complete Lack of Work Ethic/Integrity: The management team and primary contacts showed a complete lack of integrity by taking an advance payment and then failing to honor their contract/agreement to provide work. Time and Financial Loss: I wasted valuable professional time waiting for a promised start date and projects that never materialized. This has the hallmarks of a bait-and-switch or employment scam.

Pros
Apheliossolution has consistently failed to meet its basic employment obligations. I was not paid my legally due salary for the final six months of my employment. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this with the management and HR, the issue remains completely unresolved. This is a critical flaw. A company that cannot or will not pay its employees for half a year poses an extreme financial risk to anyone considering working here.
