      Pros

      Apica is the rare company w/ a startup feel to it, but mature company stability. It's the perfect opportunity for someone that doesn't need a lot of structure and is eager to plan and execute their own projects.

      Cons

      Things can get hectic at times and sometimes a little structure is a good thing.
