Pros

Payments on time Friendly co-workers Good for a start to add in the CV

From where should I begin? Hr is for jokes. They say that they are with your side but don't. When it comes to serious problems they try to convince you that you are crazy. Also, they are proud of not having fired people but they do not say how many have resigned... In 2022 almost or more than 10 out of 70... So you can imagine what is happening. C-levels are from another world. They think anything can be done as easily as they are thinking... But flash news... NO!! It is like they do not give any value to the employees, just the work to be done. They are not clear about your position and give you errands to do. The men on the board and some employees (sales dept) are misogynists. I have seen the old man on the board treating some women very impolite such as demanding a coffee as if they are slaves. They say that they have a payment scheme in order to be fair among the employees but believe me it is random. They want to look fancy and employee-centric but what they care about is the customers and how they will get money. ALSO IMPORTANT! If you plan to work for Apifon please make sure that you have read all the details of the contract. They have tricky terms regarding the working hours and the termination of collaboration. Do not believe what they say. It should be aligned with the contract!!!!

Good team very bad leadership

Pros

The team was great, very friendly as well as the direct manager and some of the heads.

Cons

The workforce dropped from 103 to 81 because of unexpected layoffs. The leadership is very bad and there is a sort of favoritism. A lot of people lost their jobs for no reason at all. HR seems to listen to you but never does anything to help you as most likely they are almost best friends with the upper management. They expect you to reach unreasonable targets Do not go there even if they give you a lot of money. Most likely you will be out of job in no time.

Things are pretty chaotic right now. The company is undergoing its third round of restructuring to improve its targets. There's a tendency to blame people for not being able to sell or understand customers, but the real issue might be the lack of a clear strategy, proper processes, and knowledgeable staff. If the company isn't happy with certain aspects, it's not just about the people. Management needs to consider whether there are adequate processes, motivation, and the right people in key positions. Staff don't receive many rewards or benefits, unlike those at the C-level. Maybe the company could offer perks like parking spots or cover expenses when employees visit potential clients, which seems reasonable for a tech company. There's no formal performance review process to assess both staff and management. HR doesn't seek employee feedback and doesn't seem concerned about your satisfaction after you're hired.
