      Pros

      The culture and atmosphere at Apify are unlike anywhere else I've worked at or heard of. The people, including senior management, are super friendly and willing to discuss pretty much anything. Also, the working arrangements are very flexible, and there is very little bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Cannot really think of any relevant downsides.

      Pros

      No VC nonsense, a good product that can support itself, amazing office, great culture (every tech start-up claims to have great culture but I consider Apify really standing out).

      Cons

      It's still just work :) The product is a bit rough on the edges.

      The only one I can think of is that some people might not like it not having a rigid structure, but anyone who likes working in smaller companies and startups will love it.
