      Mostly remote Management can be good depending on who your manager is Good place to start a tech career

      Cons

      Huge lack of diversity Very disorganized CEOs candor can be taken a bit too far Pay is well under market No space for career growth Hard work is rewarded with more work The customer is very clearly valued over the employee Recruiting is clumsy and unprofessional leading to low value hires

      Lunch is provided once a week. You also will be recognized for any significant work completed, work anniversaries, and birthdays during weekly staff meetings. Generous PTO

      Cons

      High turnover Work culture is divided; management will ensure that technicians who obtain qualified degrees and experience don’t cross over into becoming engineers for the company High favoritism, friends will be hired over qualified candidates No room for professional growth
