Pros

Great Company to work for with outstanding values and an open door policy. Great Leadership from Senior Management and I definitely felt valued as my efforts were rewarded accordingly.

Cons

There was a significantly lower Salary threshold.

Lack of resource and clique culture

Pros

Provided equipment for hybrid working. There was versatility in the work assigned regardless of title, which made the work interesting and different every day.

Cons

There was a lack of diversity and a sense of conformity to the cliquey culture that they had. Many of the employees in the office were overworked, and while versatility day to day made for an interesting working week, there was a underlying disorganisation (who does what etc.) which caused chaos at times.

Pros

Almost freelance, quite good support from fellow colleagues

Cons

Lied to regarding fuel allowance, told 45per mile turned out it was 12p. Had to do all the leg work I regards to routes, putting stock together, booking appt times. Supposed to finish at 5pm was often still there at 9pm, then all approx 30 of us got fired with 3 weeks notice as they lost their contract
