Pros
Really good work environment with a young team - a lot of laughs and fun moments. Engaging work, feels like you make an actual valuable impact with your consulting instead of the typical all-talk and jargon that is expected from consulting.
Cons
Deadlines and workload fluctuate and can be overwhelming at times Not many non-monetary benefits (e.g. no gym, bike subscription, etc)
