I have worked for this company for a few years so I have seen MANY people come and go. From experience I can say there is a lot of favoritism within the company. I have seen great educators who put in the work and really are there for the children get let go and the ones who are only in it for the money and barely lift a finger stay on. And since we are on the subject of money, the company expects its employees to pay for things out of pocket. I cannot express to you the frustration I had trying to make sure my scholars had snacks and supplies to do activities. I mean these parents pay for a service that barely met the bar. And don't even wait for your reimbursements. I still have yet to be reimbursed for a purchase I made in 2016.
The office staff are very rude and always changing so you never know who you will get on the other end of the phone. And unless they need something from you, it is near impossible to reach them. This isn't only for employees, this goes for parents as well. I can't even count on my fingers how many times parents would come up to me frustrated that they can’t reach the office. And all this affects the children. But I don't think they take that into consideration or really care to state the least. So many times the children would go without snack if it weren’t for me pulling money out of my pocket. So many times the children would go without activities if it weren’t for my educators putting in their money and helping to purchase items. And we would do it again in a heartbeat because those were our babies. But the point is we shouldn’t have to. They have expanded their program from state to state, school to school while forgetting about the previous programs that they have. These children are just a number that adds money to Apollo’s pocket.
