      - great work-life balance - always felt the gratitude of those in upper management - great place to build a career, easy to move up the ladder if you do your part - great connections into the cruise industry - great references to have - world-renowned business - great place to build your skills - have coworkers from around the world

      - parking is horrible if you work at the office

      Very good company Nice salary Very good management

      Cons

      The top management in the ship is not supportive. They make the cooks work for free The overtime is not payed. Chefs are made to work for long hours.
