      Close knit doing great things for the community staff genuinely cares great programming

      Cons

      HR was pretty much non existent alot of employees grand-fathered in which means they might not be trained properly Pay was very low for the work-load / to their defense its a non profit

      Pros

      Historical landmark storied with musical legends. The theater provides a great opportunity to work in the non-profit performing arts world.

      Cons

      No vision for the viable future. This company lacks a structured HR department allowing for minimal checks & balances between employee and supervisors. Upward mobility is extremely limited & not encouraged.
