Friendly and cooperative teammates Senior management gives good opportunities to learn by involving staff in important client meetings and give points of improvements on how to do work better Have team lunches once in awhile to celebrate festivities Convenient office location

Senior management can be micromanaging sometimes More transparent salary and performance reviews, very unsure on whether there will be bonus or not.
