AppIt Ventures has nailed the philosophy of having a healthy work/life balance. We have two offices--one in Denver and another in Hyderabad. It is important for us to hire the right people to ensure we maintain a cohesive culture in each office and between teams. This makes work always enjoyable to come into, even on stressful days. We're a collaborative team that wants to always be improving ourselves, our processes, and the business. While everyone in our offices is very hard-working, we also prioritize making time for fun. We have team outings at least once a month and reserve time at the end of the week to hang out with each other and play games.

The company culture is amazing. Everyone here is friendly, smart, and eager to help. We work hard, but we also have fun every day (even on the days we're not playing board games on a Friday afternoon or going for a team hike in the mountains). It's a company that we can be proud of, with a team of brilliant people and a portfolio with some very cool apps. The CEO listens to the team and values our opinions, and is clearly committed to his goal of "creating the company he always wanted to work for." Work-life balance is awesome with the company's flex hours, generous PTO, and an overall "work hard play hard" attitude. Other things to love: an environment of collaboration and positivity, travel opportunities, great pay & benefits, variety in the work we do, and empowerment to make a meaningful impact on the company and clients. Honestly I can't imagine any reason I would ever leave AppIt Ventures, it truly is a phenomenal place to work.
