Cons
Worst Environment- I had seen a worst environment of my life. They don't have any experienced people to make milestone plan or to decide any thing. After this all the responsibility of developer to complete the task on time. No scope of learning- There is no scope of learning for a newbie. Because they don't have time to research or development. They have only time to complete the project on time. when you go to another company you feels that you have been cheated since you don't know anything of core functionality. No Code Quality- There is no code quality and repository too. When a trainee makes the live project without rechecking by anyone experienced developer then you can assume what quality code a client would have.
