Contracted team was awesome, Everyone in the office was nice enough
Cons
Felt like walking on eggshells, especially around the CEO/higher ups. Being even 1 minute late was a risk to your employment and most everyone feared being immediately terminated if the CEO was in a bad mood. Pay was laughable but at least you got experience for as long as you could survive
Compensation
Not micro managers
Easy app interfaces for logging time
Cons
I cannot speak for all accounts, but for the account I worked for they were not always sure of what shifts were needed when getting onboarded, so you could end up with any shift. That doesn’t work for people who cannot fulfill those obligations of certain shifts. In short, sometimes people ended up on a surprise shift and then quit after all the time spent it took to train them.
