      Cool environment but False Commitments

      Pros

      Cool startup environment, good working systems, Coffees. Salil is a great guy as he understands before speaking anything.

      Cons

      Flexible working hour is a myth, CTO is a designer as well but doesn't know how to speak and get the job done from the people. Clocking hours is 10-7 but was working more than that, never complaint. They assumes alot.

      it is a very bad company, it does not have any project, it will hires and fire immediately, do not even pay, show I am requesting you no one join in this company, it will destroy your career. its review has been put or put in by these people.

      They do not have any projects. After hiring they will say sorry we can not work with you. even they do not have any idea how to company will continue.

      Company run by Immatured kids and unprofessional people

      Pros

      Clean office is the only thing I can count as pros while working here.

      Cons

      Although the title says it all but let me elaborate more: 1) Rude CEO: One of the co-founder "Mahima Mahajan" who calls herself "designer" doesn't know how to speak to employees. 2) Pressure: You will be given impractical deadlines to meet. If you can't they will yell at you & if you can meet the deadline don't expect your work to be appreciated. 3) No work Life Balance: You will be called to work on off days. Although clocking hours are from 10 to 7 but you will be asked to work 12 hours a day.
