      Poor Management Team-Very bad hold on clients

      No good points that are worth sharing

      Cons

      1.Poor Incentive Structure(If you are ever lucky to get one because they are rarely paid ) 2.No proper clients only third party clients with very poor hold on them it takes around 1-2 months after submission just to arrange 1st round 3.Very poor conversion rate on PO 4.No Transparency 5.HR is not qualified for the job
