False Benefits & Mismanagement: They claim to provide fully subsidized coffee and tea, but it’s a scam—the coffee is terrible, and the management is disorganized. They also mention Friday lunch, but the food quality is extremely poor, likely sourced at a very cheap rate. Lack of Personal Growth: There is no opportunity for personal or professional growth since the company doesn’t have any good projects. Job Insecurity: There is no notice period—they can fire employees at any time, even telling them today that they don’t need to come in tomorrow. Unprofessional HR Policies: The HR policies lack professionalism and structure. Disrespectful Work Environment: Employees often use informal and impolite language (such as "Tui"), creating an unprofessional and disrespectful workplace. Poor Management & Decision-Making: The management is highly disorganized. For example, the CEO may request the implementation of Feature "A," but after completing half of it, the CTO may say that it is irrelevant to the project. This lack of proper planning leads to wasted time and effort.
