Pros

- The actual job is fun - Daniel (who works under Matthew) is a credit to the company and tries his best despite his awful boss - Shift flexibility is nice (if you manage to get shifts)

Cons

One word: Matthew. Egomaniac. Absolutely zero leadership or communication skills and makes poor Daniel and Ashley do all his dirty work. Or else, they all go radio silent and hope that you give up trying to get shifts. It is clear that Matthew favours people based on superficial factors and not who is actually best at their job. You will only get shifts if you are Matthew, Ashley or Daniel’s best friends. It’s a very cliquey place. My skin crawls when I think about it.
