Pros
Working at Applause had been such a great learning experience for me. The CEO is extremely passionate about what he does and knows where he wants to take the company. My colleagues were smart and a very considerate bunch of people. We’ve had 9 app of the weeks, 5 apple hall of fame apps, 2 google play featured apps and the products speak for themselves.
Cons
The hours are sometimes long.

Cons
It took a long time to arrive at what the business model really is. We were doing a lot and spreading ourselves too thin
