Good benefits, chances for advancement.

Cons

Revolving door of salesmen, many of whom are giving little training. It seems like the "green peas" get 90% of new traffic to the dealership, which makes it hard for the veterans to ever see the income growth they expect.

When you leave them you don't have to see them anymore

Cons

Management stay in their ivory towers and don't do any day to day work. Only interested in squeezing everything out of employee then dropping you like a rock and getting another to continue the cycle. Most employees do several job roles because they don't want to pay to get you the help you need to do your job 100% they would rather have you do 2 or 3 jobs 1/2 as good so they feel they are saving money. Terrible Management from CEO down. RUN
