      Really good health insurance. Flexible scheduling.

      There's not chance at a raise, unless you maneuver your way into management.

      Fairly simple and straight forward work.

      Cons

      Some of the managers get a power trip. If you don't mind having a high school teenager being your boss, then you have no problems. If you don't work an 8 hour day you are only going to get either a 30 minute lunch or (2) 15 minute breaks. It can be tough standing on your feet all day and not have adequate enough time to rest and eat something.
