Pros

There is money to be made as a waiter in NYC and apple-metro is one of them. If you work hard you will get good shifts. There is a lot of order and discipline at most of their restaurants. I cannot claim I know about all of their restaurants. But they are very high on quality, and there's no cutting corners.

Cons

The only con in my opinion is that they're perhaps the most strict franchise. When working here don't expect rest, and expect to be spoken to like a child by management. Management at Apple-Metro tend to talk down to servers, hosts and other subordinates. Caucasians are highly favored and will receive promotion to management much quicker than a minority.
