Couple that open a franchise with no restaurant experience

Very unorganized, bad staff that bad mouths the management, can't afford to pay staff without firing some one , the owner has bad breath and talks down to her husband in front if staff, under paid under staff, not giving good portions of food for customer satisfaction. Overall terrible experience

Close nit groups of employees Fun environment to work in Closes early so you never have to stay late and rarely work weekends

Cons

The owners pay little to no attention to what is going on until they want to cut costs then they come out and fire the highest paid employees so that they can buy another house in Park City

Paycheck was frequently late and checks bounced several times. Pay stubs were given infrequently well after pay period. High turnover of employees. Minimal training.
