The travel benefits were good. However, you cannot put a vacation in the bank.

Cons

Zero upward mobility. No one gets promoted or moved along, which in turn keeps the rest of the pool extremely stagnant.

Management and corporate BS, policies and procedures are maddeningly frustrating. Morale is in negative digits. Literally EVERYONE is looking for another job. It's just not worth the hassle and you may have a walkout on your hands.

Great company to work for if you like to keep your head down and have no desire to grow your career. Some of the employees are nice to work with, especially the one's with alcohol problems in Ecommerce dept.

Cons

Poor compensation and no performance bonus offered. Lack of support for professional development. Management has no moral compass. Unreasonable work/life balance expected.
