      Outstanding Workplace - Great Culture

      Pros

      Culture - the office has a great culture - a hard working team that collaborates and holds each other accountable - elevating the teams performance. Additionally, the earning potential is great - opportunity to earn large amounts of commission

      Cons

      The only slight con - for some people - would be the hours. However, this is the nature of the industry - you will struggle to succeed in a sales position unless you put in the hours - The upper management are very transparent about this during the interview process - assuring every new hire is comfortable working long hours.

      Pros

      - Everyone gets on really well from day one you feel part of the team, Been here 4 months and from the 1st week we will go out for a few drinks after work - great for settling in. - Clear path to succeed and gain pay rises, promotions and Bonuses, on top of the great commission you can earn. - Unparalleled earning potential - you get out what you put in, hard work gets rewarded. - Longer lunches to go to the gym. - Days go fast, always something to do, never bored, - End of month free incentives - Big nights out, Fancy private dining even trips abroad! - Great training available - not just from the dedicated trainers but the management and the rest of the team as well, helps you get on your feet quickly. - Early Finish Monday and Friday!

      Cons

      - The hours are long, This is just the nature of the Job 9am - 7pm Tues - Thursday - It does go quickly though plus the early finish Monday and Friday are great (especially with the rooftop bar on the building).
