      Birthday cake on someone's birthday..pizza when the weather is bad

      Cons

      expect too much ...wear too many hats in one position with very little pay to compensate, expect their customer service department to answer a high volume of calls and also a heavy workload at the same time. Expect their client services dept to do it all. Allows management, supervisors to have their cell phones but no employees..Not a very good company to work for if you want good pay & advancement..Pay raise is only 2%

      Pros

      Cake on your birthday and you can decorate your desk. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management is miserable. Vp and President tell you they care when they never show it. The whole place is full of drama and someone is constantly in your business. The workload they expect from everyone is overloaded. HR never does their job when you need them. Keep people who were lower with work output and low work ethic for a lower pay and fire the ones who were paid more who had top notch work capabilities. You feel unappreciated and are forced to work in what feels like a factory for pennies. Break times are 10min, not the normal 15. You WILL be yelled at if you are away from your desk too long. Even just to make coffee. Do NOT work here.

      Yearly reviews are a joke, no chances to be promoted yet they make you believe that eventually you will.
