Most importantly, I love the fun environment ABC provides. You can tell that they care about their employees and the children they serve and they show it in so many ways. They have regular staff get together's, staff incentives, holiday parties, regular raises, etc.. They even paid for me to get my RBT certification! I have worked for 3 other companies, but this is by far the best company I have worked for. In addition they give us almost 8 weeks paid time off each year and after my second year they gave me an additional 2 weeks paid time off. I plan on staying with ABC for years to come.

This company is absolutely wonderful to work for! The management team is always available when help is needed in the therapy rooms. I really love that the BCBA is always providing supervision and the feedback given has really helped me grow as a behavior therapist. This company offers awesome benefits--7.5 weeks paid time off each year and even more time off is given for people who have worked here for 2 or more years. This company knows how to have fun--center wide, funny dress up days, room decorating contests, holiday parties and staff outings. The job itself is rewarding, but working here has inspired me to look into pursuing my BCBA certification in the future. The staff and management at the Oviedo center are incredible and genuinely care about the kids that they serve!
