Pros

Most people at this company have a good heart and want to succeed.

Cons

Privately held company and the current owner is clueless on how to run a profitable company. Upper management has their children working at the company so favortism is rampant. Pay is subpar and yearly reviews are a joke. Profit sharing is available, but the company is hardly profitable. This company has a ridiculously high turnover rate, so the moral is very low. This company is struggling to keep their doors open.

Pros

Decent pay and learned a few new things. Free meals, fancy company dinners! Some of the staff is nice but favoritism is for real an issue.

Cons

PTO is a joke-7 days, hiring and favoritism towards family and friends. People talk behind your back, and management trusts the uneducated mangers (supervisors) they have in place that have no clue how to supervise! If you want to told what to do every minute of your day and treated as though your opinion means nothing, this may be the job for you!!

Pros

Employee appreciation events. Open door policy. Drive for continuous improvement.

Cons

Management is unable to execute strategies effectively. Poor business decisions leading to a failure to meet financial goals. There is a narrowmindedness within management that is inhibiting our ability to grow.
